Advising and assisting the Project Management in PLANNING, IMPLEMENTING AND MONITORING of HSE Management system Comprising Company’s Safety Policy, Procedures and achieving time bound objectives.

• HAZOP, HAZAN, HAZID & Risk assessments

• Preparation, Review and update Safety Plan and procedures.

• Maintain and control daily safety practices with regular checks of work sites, ensure that hazards are identified, precautionary measures are taken on HSE matters

• Monitor and control implementation of all procedures related to the maintenance and effectiveness of safety, lifesaving and emergency equipment and inspect work activities and equipments to ensure correct operation and that procedures are implemented. Analyze causes, determine future action to reduce these occurrences, prepare and maintain statistical records of all incidents and near misses. Prepare the related periodic reports to the designated hierarchy highlighting and analyzing problem areas and recommending preventive measures.

• Ensure that health. Safety and Environmental programs and procedures are communicated and understood by all construction site personnel an participate in giving lectures and safety talks on such activities during scheduled site HSE meetings.

• Conduct frequent audits and inspections to ensure the effectiveness of HSE programs on critical operations/equipment and procedures at assigned location present recommendations for improvement and follow up their implementation.
