Set up and maintain records and documents for the Property, including up to date resident register, maintain a comprehensive record keeping and filing system for each unit and external agencies including correspondences, issued purchase orders, work orders, invoices and payments
Receive and process monthly rent payments, following up and focus on collecting arrears
Handle complaints and concerns promptly, responding to urgent problems by organizing and scheduling work to be completed on the property by contractors.

Obtain best possible competitive prices for services required by seeking quotes from contractors and tendering contracts
Receive and process monthly common element charge payments
Follow up on arrears, preparing reminder letters and on going monthly arrears reports, when necessary prepare lien forms, forward documents to solicitors as required by procedure
Receive and process invoices; and prepare and distribute invoices for resident charges according to the corporations in-suite maintenance policy
