• To find out how the Behavior is managed by individual employees due to over burden of Roles in the organization.

• To know about the various factors affecting the individual’s Behavior

• To understand the impact of Role Stress on individual Behavior and on their productivity.

• To mitigate the negative impact on behavior of role stress.
