- ECF filing of U.S. District Court cases; U.S. Court of Appeal cases (in Colorado and other states)

Trademark Prosecution

-prepare U.S. Trademark Applications, Statements of Use, Extensions of Time; Declaration of Use and Incontestability Under Sec. 8 & 15, Renewals

-prepare correspondence to foreign associates in response to Office Actions and requesting status reports of foreign marks

-document and docketing management of clients’ marks

-prepare Oppositions and Cancellations for filing with the TTAB

-routinely check status of matters with the USPTO and TTAB

-Saegis and Google searches and prepare hit lists of possible marks

-investigation of marks being policed
