Handling back-office operations, entailing with various departments for better resolution of queries received from call centre,DCC, Distributors, Dealers and Sub-dealers related to CAF etc. of the connection & updating the information as well as keep Resolution percentage records on daily basis of agents.

Maintaining of quality and login time reports of new agents with Process expert and forward reports to Training Manager, Trainer, Operations and HR dept on daily basis. Assisting new batches of agents during their Transition period after successfully completion of Training programme.

Helping new agents regarding quality, resolution of product related queries, keeping them update with new and old company policies and general product information. And keeping Break time and Shift timing records and sharing them with Process Manager on daily basis. $ to look after the employees $ their work ,$ to provide them better assistance so that the quality of work should be hampered.
