Responsibilities / Work Exposure :

• Preparing the bill of materials for the orders accepted by the Marketing.

• Follow UP with the Quality control & Getting the approval for the same,

• Preparing the Production requirements (consumables) week wise, Scheduling to the stores person for timely availability of the material to the production.

• Preparing the Routing/schedule for the production order

• Updating the production shortages for the n+1 week on daily basis to the Stores and Purchase Manager and follow-up with the concerned to get the same in time.

• Co-ordination with Production, Quality and Marketing to clear the issues related to approvals from the customer, production shortages, short shipments and change in the Production Plan, ensure the material for the new revised production plan

Alternate Lighting is a medium Scale Industry which is into the industrial Lighting Solutions, assembling the LED Lightings, fittings and Custom made design Lightings, It has its own Designing and fabrication units, dedicated subcontractors, It also prepares the custom design that suits the industrial needs; greatest strength - a team of experts who can design according to the customer specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities / Work Exposure :

• Interface with the Customer Representative to get the PO Details, Requirement Schedules.

• Preparing the MRP based on the R&D BOM, Purchase indents, Scheduling the Subcontractors, updating the production actual to the Planned on weekly and monthly basis, committing the customers based on the work distribution to the installation team with the view on priority given by the customer representative.

• Co-ordination with Production, Design & Quality to clear the issues related to Complaints.

• Sharing the Formal Information related to the functions and complaints, seeking a suitable solution, implementing it at its best.

ANZ is a 100% EOU, manufactures the utility vehicles, Decks, spares for some specialized equipments as and when ordered (Engg Assemblies) & laminated tires. Has its own local braches at Peenya Industrial Area & Indira Nagar Bangalore for Subcontracting, Process & Design Activities respectively, with co-ordination with the Manufacturing Plant. Has its own plant at US for sales & services, developments, order booking. (Unfortunately closed all the operations and got the shutters down due to various reasons on 19TH June 2009)

• Preparation of Material Requirement plan, preparing the Material Purchase indents,

• Forwarding the same to the purchase asst manager.
