Within 1st year of starting new office in Mason City grew revenue to over $1.3 million. Exceeded above many of our competitors in executive search, temp-to-hire, and temporary employment services. Decreased employee turnover by 40% when comparing 1st year of operation to 2nd year.
Management Duties: Responsibilities included management of P&L Statements through control of expenses. Providing 24/7 support to all employees and clients, development of new sales programs to increase revenue as well as managing Return on Investment of these programs, and all sales management duties.

Responsible for development of new business accounts and growth of existing accounts. Increased revenue through advertising agency accounts such as Pepsi-Cola, Coca-Cola, Culver’s, Perkins Restaurants, Fareway, United Building Centers, and Carlos O’ Kelly’s. Revenue from these accounts increased by over 65%.
Responsible for all advertising functions in working with area businesses to develop a successful marketing campaign from creative development and advertising placement to collections.
Member of KIMT Giving Your Best committee involved in many facets of community service throughout the area. This committee served as a cause-marketing campaign through gaining $75,000 sponsorships of area businesses. Through the committee’s charitable functions many organizations such as Toys for Tots, Habitat for Humanity, and United Way gained exposure that could not be matched by other means. During the seven years of my employment Toys for Tots increased from 1,000 donations to over 10,000 donations.

Responsible for all management duties including customer service, bookkeeping, payroll, monthly and yearly budget planning, inventory, cash control, hiring/firing. Prior to my employment this was an under-performing restaurant with customer service and staffing issues. Within 3 months of my employment, revenue had increased by over 20% through methods of replacing previous staff with customer-focused, sales motivated staff and increased marketing efforts. During this time, I frequently worked up to 80 hours per week to implement change management strategies.
