SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATION:

*“21” years in the Aerospace Industry at The Boeing Company with proven experience in performing work as Manufacturing/Design Engineer, Field Support Engineer, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), “WIR” writer support, Kit-Proof support and Liaison Technical Support. Duties include wire assemblies and electro-mechanics design requirements, manufacturability development per OEM/FAA requirements, release and maintain wiring assembly drawings, drawing checker and engineering order (EO) for release of electrical systems. Create schematics along with block diagrams per air force requirements. Release engineering modification drawings wire-kits for field service and create reports. Review applicable electrical Interface Control Documents (ICD) and customer specifications to provide statements of work (SOW). Provide basic of estimate (BOE) to schedule and budget hours for various projects cost estimating. Prepare basic of material (BOM) to order parts that were long lead items. Prepare & present changes to the Program Level Review (PLR), the Configuration Control Board (CCB) and the Miscellaneous Change Board (MCB). Research & answer engineering response to corporate corrective action request report (CCAR), engineering corrective action request (ECAR), discrepancy report (DR) and material investigation process (MIP). Responsible for the Liaison Engineer between the Boeing Company the vendors and the Air Force via proposal of new designs and scheduling of hours and cost. Created and presented (PLR) presentation to support the required changes to be implemented between the company and our customers including the Air force for special projects for engineering development. Research and investigate specification manuals, drawings, and data systems. Perform Liaison tasks on the (MIP) and (DR) between the company, outside vendors and the Air force. Create work instructions for manufacturing parts and assemblies per release documents and drawings to manufacturing mechanics and technicians. Provide Planning instructions to production on the released Engineering Drawings. Comply with, but not limited to the following Specifications: DOD-STD-863, MIL-W-5088, MIL-S-1553, MIL-B-5087, DOD-STD-100, MIL-STD-12, DAC-WZZ7001 and DAC-WZZ7002. Unigraphics and AutoCAD courses at The Boeing Company. Provide Team Leadership for C-17 electrical wire harness forward fuselage & nose area design prior to TQMS. Worked on the C-17, C-130, MD80, MD90 and 717 aircrafts.

*”11” years in the Shipbuilding Industry at Ingalls Shipbuilding, Inc., Todd Pacific Shipyards, Inc. and Norden Service Company. In these companies I've developed proven experience in performing work as a Cable/Harness Design Engineer, Field Service Engineer and an Electrical Technician. Duties include cable/harness design, electro-mechanics development design, drawing and EO's release of electrical systems and the connection interfacing and routing of cables/wire harnesses and their related hardware. Released engineering modification drawing wire-kits for field service and created reports. Check for quality control of each wire connections and assist in operational test procedures.
