Job Profile
• Managing Aon Hewitt’s flagship Compensation and Benefits survey for the Japan, Australia and 4 MEA markets.
• Responsible for client solicitation for the MEA markets which also includes problem solving, data solicitation and job matching for the clients.
• Worked on compensation and Benefits surveys for Europe market apart from handling a top executive custom survey and other custom surveys for APAC region along with a Hot topic Survey.

Job Profile
Recruitment & Training
• Sourcing and short listing CVs through Job portals, consultants and referrals and coordinating interviews with the Line Managers after screening the candidate through telephonic interview.
• Coordinating with the corporate HR for TNI and imparting the respective trainings for Soft Skills and Technical Training on the basis of the training requirements of the employees.
New hire Orientation
• Ensuring the submission of the credentials of the new joinee and maintenance of the same in the personal files.
• Involved in completing the joining formalities with collection of documents, conducting induction program, and other facilities for the new hires Scheduling and conducting the Induction Program including a detailed presentation about the company, HR policies and site visits.

Maintaining employee MIS and Salary administration
• Maintaining (additions and updations) the complete personal details and leave entries for the employees in the RAMCO HRMS.
• Updating the HRMS in the case of increments, promotions, transfers and exits.

• Complete activity of preparing the Salary Advice on a monthly basis and including the Leave without pay cases, new hire salaries and resignation cases.
Employee Relations and Engagement
• Sorting the queries and issues of the employees related to salary, HR policies, leaves, medical insurance etc.
• Facilitating the query settlement and the process of claim settlement of the employees in case of medical insurance.
• Providing the employment certificates to the employees as per the specified requirement.
• Responsible for driving Employee Welfare Programs like quarterly health camps, blood donation camps, yoga sessions etc.
Performance Management
• Responsible for providing confirmation letters and regularization letters
• Generating the list of the due cases of confirmation and providing the evaluation sheets to the reporting managers.
HR Operations
• Maintenance of the attendance and leave record of all the employees
• Coordinating with the Auditors for the annual Leave audit which includes the calculation of leave encashment.
• Maintaining the Master HR MIS on a weekly basis and sending a weekly and monthly report of the complete data regarding the new hires, separations, offer letters issued, confirmations and transfers to the corporate office.
• Maintaining the Master data of the Medical Insurance and GPA on a monthly basis.
