Profile I am a recent graduate of the university of Maryland where I studied the broadcast journalism. For three years I’ve been working with the UMD Athletic Department, beginning with an internship with the video department. There I edited and logged sports footage, which regularly appears on their website. I have sat in on the broadcast of basketball games in the booth and have worked closely with the staff, observing the daily workflow.

Intern, Video Audio and Lighting
I had an internship with Viewpoint Communications Inc., a production company that specializes in the production of news, sports and independent production work. Viewpoint has been hired by CNN, CNBC, Access Hollywood, ESPN, NBC Sports, and NFL Network, to name a few. I got first hand experience working in the field and helped set up audio, lighting and video productions.

I was an intern in the Media Relations branch of the Athletic
Department in the summer of 2009. I worked in Football Training
Camp, producing media for Pittsburghpanthers.com. I conducted
interviews with the players and coaches, and I edited and uploaded
daily videos and did various other jobs for the Media Relations
Department.
