I took bids for the replacement of all exterior doors, and the replacement of the gutters. My duties are bookkeeping, collection of rent, collections from previous residents, three day vacate notices, evictions, inspections of all move out’s and move in’s, bank deposits, leasing, processing applications, and placing articles in the local newspaper. The supervision of the maintenance on the property, and ordering of supplies for the property. The property tenants are primarily students, so the turn over could be as much as 95% turn-over through the summer months. Although the turn-over is high I maintain 100% occupancy through the year. I supervise 6 full time employee and 2 to 4 summer contract employees.
