Job Duties: As the Personnel/Human Resources Director, I work directly with the owner of the company to develop training and pay programs that are mutually beneficial to the staff and company alike. It is my responsibility to develop and implement all aspects of the recruiting process. This includes, but not limited to the placement of employment ads, interviewing, selection of candidates, background checks as well as the training and development process. Along with this position, I am also the sales manager for the new recruits. In this role it is my responsibility to ensure that every sales call is properly documented, and for the negotiation and closing paper work for all sales.
