Shutdown maintenance and replacement of some reciprocating/centrifugal compressors, turbines, pumps with its auxiliary units for plant to run full capacity per specs.
Participate fully in the installation, erection and commissioning of the two 6B/8B centrifugal compressors GE gas turbines drivers.
Overhaul/daily, routine maintenance of Ingersoll Rand reciprocating compressor including good hands with liquid film seal & Lub.-Oil system, safety control system, changing bundle, mechanical seal dry, floating seal drive gear box, bearing inspection.

Project: NLNG - Nigeria
Experience Millwright tech attached to Flowserve Corporation Field Rep for the Preservation, installation services and commissioning of multi-staged and single-staged Centrifugal pumps, Turbines and Expanders. Vertical circulating cryogenic pump up to capacity 15000 M3/hour.
- Assist with Field rep. for the installation erection and commissioning of two 6B/ 8B centrifugal compressor GE gas turbines drivers.
Compiling preservation procedures for all rotating and static equipments.
- Preparing data sheets for initial, periodic and random preservation/maintenance checks on all rotating and static equipments including: pumps (EBARA, SUNDYNE), gears, turbine(DRESSER RAND), compressors (SULZER/MAN TURBO) , overhead cranes, expanders, mixers, air fin coolers, vessels, column, filters, exchangers, inline gas mixers, valves, lub oil skid and structural steels.
Carry out mega testing on motors and monitoring space heaters.
Carry-out nitrogen purge and checks on exchangers, vessels, expanders, cryogenic pumps and air fin coolers.
Performed QA/QC role in plant installation and commissioning including bolt torque and tensioning using sequential torque machine.
