*Maintain a safe work environment and lead safety initiatives.

*Perform special task and functional objectives defined by management.

*Lead meetings: Design review, open issues, AQPQ, and customer related meetings.

*Lead the APQP process.

*Staff and direct the design team.

*Provide design staff with detailed work orders to meet design objectives.

Lead the Customer’s Programs:
