Overview

I have worked 22 years in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry. I’m diversified in all phases of the construction process. My experience ranges from that of journeyman to project management, including project coordination, coordination of sub-contractors, planner, scheduler, estimator, cost, field engineer, purchasing, quality control, and supervising on EPC projects, design build, major new construction, capital projects, and turnarounds. My experience covers all phases of mechanical (civil, equipment, piping, structural steel, tanks, vessels, exchangers, and valves). Proficient with all industry standards, specifications, and drawings that include P&ID, isometric, detail, orthographic, and plan.

Work Experience

Dynamic Fuels LLC (Joint venture between Tyson Chicken & Syntroleum (Geismer, La) – Project Planner/Project Estimator - July 2009 thru February 2010

• Create a tracking spreadsheet to maintain progress on 1600 isometric drawings and 3500 pipe spools from engineering stage, installation, hydro-test, punch-out, paint, tracing, insulation to final sign off by client used for updating progress on project.

• Coordinate and oversee pipe fabrication progress by 4 sub-contract fabrication shops.

• Update progress on all piping with schedulers on a daily basis.

• Review drawing and get quantity takeoffs for material and labor.

• Compare isometrics against P&ID drawings, redline and return to engineering for revision.

• Develop adequate plan and schedule to make piping tie-ins between existing plant when shutdown and the new construction project.
