Senior Project Engineer
Engineering lead representing the government for design and test of the Army’s ACS high-speed data communications program. Accountable for Engineering and Project Management of the system’s design for an aerospace application. Conducted an aircraft test program resulting in successful completion of Development and Operational Tests prior to system procurement. Responsible for oversight of planning, schedule, cost and integration of prototype product on ISR aircraft. Led integrated product teams and provided report and presentation submittals to Joint DoD executive management. Successfully completed test requirements planning and test designs to assess the system’s ability to operate under stress - providing a secure and functional solution based on allocated budgets. Acted as program liaison and consultant between the Army’s Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) and it’s vendors. Principal development engineering interface for JTEL and JITC government offices, successfully progressing product design through Communications Architecture (SCA) certification and interoperability validations.

Senior Staff Engineer
• Successful leader of increasingly complex programs as Project Engineer during development and fielding of eight wireless high-speed data trafficking systems. Managed technical development and test of full duplex lightweight communications data links developed for Joint DoD communities. Was responsible for increasing client satisfaction and reducing costs by 21% by improving antenna interfaces that supported insertion of the ROVER III (a receiver of video imagery and intelligence data) into fielded operations. Participated as senior level contributor to proposal efforts to maintain current and future programs, providing design to cost and budget requirements based on customer needs.
• Acted as Principle Engineer over several design, integration, and test efforts. These involved technical projects from receipt of RFP to customer acceptance of these products. Personally acted as test specialist providing successful completion of environmental, physical stress, vibration, and electrical test plans of five projects that are fielded currently and providing positive results for intelligence and reconnaissance missions.
