Streamline the process of obtaining test data in support of UnitedHealth Groups’ Health Advisor Call Center application. Facilitate requirement gathering. Conduct requirement walk through meetings with data delivery teams. Assist with unit, system, and user acceptance testing. Maintain numerous spreadsheets, documentation, and dashboards via a SharePoint server. Coordinate test data environments and ensure the availability and viability of regression data.

Key Projects and Accomplishments:

* Facilitated requirements gathering sessions with BA, SA, DEV, QA, and UAT for the 8 projects designated for the current release.

Key Projects and Accomplishments:

* Project management for Moravian’s new web portal (amos.moravian.edu) implementation. This project was delivered head of schedule and under budget.

* Incorporated new credit card processing software into our student portal allowing for online bill paying and saving the college thousands in processing fees and back-office processing.

* Successfully integrated Moravian’s new Bookstore, Food Court and Card Access systems into one cohesive system saving countless hours of data entry and maintenance for staff.

* Facilitated the creation of a web interface\marketing tool that allows interested students to search and register for evening classes. This application includes the use of complex data views, triggers, and stored procedures to provide real-time data transfers and updates.

* Developed countless stop-gap applications to facilitate the secure exchange and storage of information outside of what is stored in our Student Information System. These applications are currently in use by Human Resources, the Health Center, Institutional Research, Continuing and Graduate Studies, the Seminary, and Facilities.

Senior Business Analyst and Quality Control Analyst April 2000 – July 2001

Hired to serve as the point person for the creation of UnitedHealth’s web portal called Myuhc.com. Involved in both the BA and QA roles and was the liaison between the stakeholders and the development team. This was a high visibility role with lots of challenges and opportunities. Most of our clients were fortunate 100 companies and they relied on us to make all of our deadlines. Our team never missed a release date nor dropped functionality to ensure meeting a deadline.

Key Projects and Accomplishments:

* BSA Team Lead on the conversion of UnitedHealth’s original Myben.com site to the new Myuhc.com. The functional differences in the site allowed upwards of 15 million “potential customers” to view their claims, eligibility, and other vital healthcare information in a secure and easy fashion.

* QCA Team Lead for the Automation of Testing on the Myuhc.com project. This entailed the evaluation of numerous testing packages including QARun, Astra, and Robot, as well as the conversion of the manual test logs to an automated format.

* Team Lead for the implementation of the Rational Enterprise Suite, including the Rational Unified Process (modified for UnitedHealth) for the Somerset NJ location.

* Technical Help Desk support person for both Myben.com and Myuhc.com. This involved some knowledge of java jsp’s, server to server transactions, SQL, and numerous legacy systems.

World Savings and Loan, Allentown, PA

Real Estate Loan Wholesale Manager June 1996 – September 1999

Challenged to assist in the creation of a new branch office for the 3rd largest Savings and Loan in the country. Responsible for building and maintaining successful business relationships with mortgage brokers and realtors in the area. Creating marketing strategies and sales force training were also required. Also responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the office.

* Staffed and opened the office in Allentown on time and under budget. The office consisted of 3 other sales representatives and a loan processor.

Performed general fund accounting and analyzed and maintained certain general ledger account information for the outside auditing team.
