My diverse knowledge and experience in various types of social service agencies and positions allows me to assist with all aspects of different social service agencies. I work exceptionally well with both professional associates/colleagues and clients/students. Since I have a Master's degree and Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and worked closely with principals and the deputy assistant superintendent, I have a great amount of knowledge pertaining to public school laws, procedures, and policies, statewide and nationwide. Therefore, overall, I have an enormous knowledge of resource and services that are available to low-income families and at-risk/troubled students.
