Completed both projects under budget and on-time. Member of the design/construction team for the Kansas City Power & Light District (630,000 SF) with leadership in material selections and value engineering alternates for savings of $14/SF.

Retail/Restaurant Tenant Projects (1989 to 2008)—Budget: $50k to $10M

Served as project/site-manager on dozens of multimillion-dollar restaurant and retail projects in Las Vegas, Kansas City, Orlando, Toronto, Chicago, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Phoenix, Louisville, Myrtle Beach, Cincinnati and St. Louis. High quality finishes, on or under budget and always met or exceeded contracted schedule completion dates.

Hospital & Medical (1989 to 1999)—Budget: $2.3M to $19M

Renovated an occupied hospital for Tenet Corporation, added Cath Lab, CAT, Operating Theater, Endo and Oncology treatment. Served as on-site project manager for twelve medical office developments,

Constructed multiple medical specialty offices, completed eight assisted living centers, four nursing home renovations/additions.
