* Orchestrated Air Force’s development of $25M+ geographic information system for the design, construction, and management of base infrastructures; service-wide implementation benefiting 120 installations. Successfully established Air Combat Command’s Geospatial Integration Office, a $20M+ endeavor to provide a common installation picture at 17 major bases, and numerous smaller installations.
* Coordinated initial worldwide implementation and subsequent field support for Tri-Service parametric cost Engineering System; Air Force-wide implementation (Data Modeling Software System).
* Handpicked to assist in streamlining/revitalizing Joint Warfighting Center’s Distance Learning initiative.
* Coordinated/staffed the Air Force’s (AF) operational support full spectrum threat response process engineering effort (process supports the National Incident Management System (NIMS) within the Air Force). Provided invaluable leadership to value streaming analysis workshop and over 18 successful rapid improvement events, which identified waste within processes, and candidates for further business process improvements.
