• Managed the two Financial Services Profit & Loss statements, totaling $5 million, and achieved/exceeded P&L goals each year. Required oversight and management of data collection, product development, and account management projects and the strategic direction of SNL’s coverage of listed industries and research and development of online products and internal databases.
• Launched SNL’s Private Equity company and deal coverage by brokering a data licensing agreement with an external data vendor and worked closely with systems and development teams to integrate data into SNL’s products.

• Served as research head and subject matter expert for SNL’s client-facing support team.

• Managed IPO tracking process and served as the ultimate authority on coverage decisions and accounting classification questions.
• Analyzed financial press releases and SEC filings, entered/approved relevant data in the firm’s internet-based data product, identified data errors and initiated audits, created new systematic data error checks and initiated projects to improve efficiency of data processing.
