Co-founder of a new 3-D Facial Recognition technology joint-venture company seeking grants and contracts in the anti- terrorism, homeland security environment. Negotiated patent license and joint venture agreements. Manage grant applications/ proposals and marketing efforts.

Co-founder of 25-year old Information Technology company with Federal and commercial customers. Manage the HGO Director of Administrative Services. Make decisions on personnel, policies, customer relations, products and services, purchases, accounting, taxes, and financial transactions.

Develop and negotiate subcontract and teaming relationships with many Fortune 500 government contractors for most major Federal agencies. Most development projects mentioned above were developed in the MS Windows environment using: ASP, .net, VB, C++, C#, IIS utilizing Apache Web, MS SQL Database and MS file/application servers. Aapproved all HP and Cisco equipment quotes before presenting to customers. Experienced in the use of the Sage MAS90 integrated accounting system.
