Co-founder of a new 3-D Facial Recognition technology joint-venture company seeking grants and contracts in the anti- terrorism, homeland security environment. Negotiated patent license and joint venture agreements. Manage grant applications/ proposals and marketing efforts.

Co-founder of 25-year old Information Technology company with Federal and commercial customers. Manage the HGO Director of Administrative Services. Make decisions on personnel, policies, customer relations, products and services, purchases, accounting, taxes, and financial transactions.
Develop and negotiate subcontract and teaming relationships with many Fortune 500 government contractors for most major Federal agencies. In 1997, Negotiated the financing and construction of a new 5,600 sq.ft. corporate headquarters building. In 1998, managed the startup of an ISP division and in 2001 negotiated the sale of this division to a private phone company. In 2004 started HGO’s 4Rensix division providing computer forensics and security consulting to corporate and law enforcement customers.
