Team Leader at The Y Service Co. October 2005 - June 2011 (5 years 9 months) Technical lead for various IT projects including data center architecture and telecommunication infrastructure build-outs utilizing enterprise server class hardware. Many of these Cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS projects included server installations, cabling, Windows Server, Linux / Solaris Unix distribution and MySQL database installations, upgrades, setup, maintenance and optimization using shell scripts on Linux / Unix platforms, Virtualization using VMware, etc., system planning, monitoring, reporting, analysis and upgrades. As or with project manager(s), acted as liaison to customers, participated in contract management, service level planning,and documentation, evaluating and documenting vendor deliverables, performance reviews and reporting to management and customers, worked with vendors to analyse and resolve problems, etc. My main objective was to insure revenue objectives were met by managing and comparing project contractual agreements with deliverables.
