ROLE:-

SR. MANAGER- MANUFACTURING & PRODUCTION, PLANNING & CONTROL:

Managing production operations & coordinating with other department regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other parameters in facilitation production process.

Handling production operations involving preparation of production plans & schedules ensuring timely accomplishment of production target within the set parameter.

Overseeing the production process, drawing up & production schedule ensuring product quality control in accordance with compliances maintained.

Identifying scope for value engineering process operations in modifying equipment, process flow, working practices consumables, power of controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.

Monitoring adherence to quality systems & producers in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect production.

Executing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and plants to increase machine up time, equipment reliability.

PRODUCTION PLANNING AND CONTROL

Coordination with all operational in charges day to day for ensuring smooth working as per plans issued daily/weekly/monthly so that the targeted Quantity can be packed/dispatched at the end of the month.

Facilitate the PPC team with necessary information time to time for clubbed planning various sizes.

Follow up, daily planning & scheduling given to all various production centers.

Coordination with all marketing people and accordingly with purchase people for the necessary required material to execute the order on time.

Receiving, analyzing and committing the sales orders.

Analyze thoroughly the actual production against the planned one so that any issue can be handled timely.

Understanding the technical, quality and commercial requirements for an order.

Forecasting the invoicing figures and achieving the targets.

Compiling monthly review reports based upon dispatches and rejections.

Monthly inventory reports for monthly review meeting hold on inventory.

Getting the daily production, rejection, balance raw material, stock compiled and circulated with the help of subordinates.

DISPATCH COORDINATION

Issuance of monthly dispatch schedules staggered in weeks as per delivery dates of the customer purchase orders, On time deliverance is the key task area in this regard.

Coordination with concerned persons at HO and sometimes with customers

Pre-dispatch coordination with HO, inside the plant and with customers like issuing dispatch request, preparing necessary documents for dispatch, physical verification of to be dispatched material and arrangement of the transporters for the dispatches.

Computerized all the manual work and the steam lined all the system of PPC and dispatch coordination.

Jointly handled the ISO : 9001 Certification work.

Actively involved in developing a new mechanism for order execution.

Successfully transformed the manual MIS system to a computerized system regarding PPC and dispatch coordination.
