A advance course on the above technique wherein the energy is transferred at a distance without touch.

Patanjali’s Yoga exercises for refining the various energy centre in your body and cleansing the body of any emotional debris.
4) Transcendental Meditation
Meditation technique which transcends your thoughts so that you get in touch with your higher consciousness.
5) Body Conditioning exercises
A series of free hand exercises for the conditioning of the body muscles
6) Ayurvedic Deep Tissue Massage
Massage techniques for the higher back, lower back and legs for relaxation and clearing of energy blocks. Completed training and work experience with Ayurveda UK Ltd(ITEC recognized).
