In-House Counsel; Represented a regional property management company in court (general matters, wrongful
detainers, and rent escrows), before environmental control board authorities, and at water bill appeal hearings. Negotiated settlements, drafted legal agreements, leases (residential & commercial), property management agreements, and company letters. Appealed assessed property values to the State Department of Assessment & Taxation. Created LLCs and drafted corresponding operating agreements.
