> Project Manager for the development, launch and implementation of E-
pull (excel based Pull database software system) to manage
inventory planning and buying activities for over 30,000 SKU's.
> Team leader for the consolidation of freight carriers to improve
the efficiency of LTL freight lanes. The project is on track to
deliver $2 million savings in freight charges.
> In charge with developing and overseeing Trade Compliance
activities (NAFTA, AUSFTA), enabling dealers across North America
and Australia to avoid local import duties worth $10 million
annually.
. Result: The development and implementation of E-Pull software system
along with kaizen activities resulted in an improvement of inventory
efficiency by 25% and reduction of the target inventory by $7 million,

> Designed and implemented the new floor layout in the Boat assembly
area to improve the product flow and material staging. Outcome:
Reduction of lead time from 8 to 4.5 days.
> Established 5S, Glass Walls, Standard Work, Weekly News Paper and
Safety Score as tools to develop and sustain Manufacturing Cell as
"Mini Businesses". Outcome: Improvement in "Employee Morale and

accompanied by a reduction in OT by 30%.
> Implemented JIT for material picking and delivery between warehouse
and production floor. Outcome: Reduction of material WIP in
