With a results-oriented focus I advanced technical and business
solutions that improved productivity and reduced operational
costs for mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies such as
Kemmerer Bottling and Chrysler. I quickly identified problem
areas and implemented effective, workable solutions to meet
operations and distribution goals.
I coordinated and sourced all production materials to meet daily
requirements more efficiently and at lower costs. By
implementing Kaizen methodologies, I improved safety, reducing
incident rates and lost workdays, and increased employee
morale and participation in process changes.
Implementing effective solutions to meet

Turning around under-achieving departments
Managing complex operations and union

Building high performing, cross-functional teams
I earned an MBS in Business Science from Cardinal Stritch
University, and a BS in Business Administration from the
University of Wisconsin. I am also a Certified EAP Counselor.
Described as an exceptional team player, I easily win people’s
