Customer Service in Credit Card Accounts / Office Assistant Salary: $8.00 hour Ph: 323-***-****
Duties include but are not limited to contacting Credit Card Accounts/companies in a friendly matter reminding them their payment was due in order for their items to be released and creating invoices for payment. I was the only one dealing with these duties and under a lot of pressure but dealing with it all in order. Plus I created customer accounts, placed orders, dealing with many complaints from customers in a professional matter, answering all incoming calls and directing them to the right person in the office, answering faxes, and emails; contacting customers was a daily event. In addition I was required to update customer with shipping date, stock status, back ordered items, and tracking orders with UPS, Freight master, or The Custom Company; in addition finding reasonable freight. To add calls included questions on Nova products that required research especially on questions with unknown answers. Furthermore I would set up customer with log in information for the Nova website, building files in Excel and Microsoft with Nova item information, filing account, mailing invoices, doing EDI reports, cash term reports, keeping track of every order release and canceled, and taking on any additional task. This job thought me to multitask, obtain responsibility with no supervision, plus more knowledge on computer programs and accounts.
