• Determined potential for value creation within the context of potential transaction and recommended avenues to increase value in line with client’s objectives. • Business Development Group, Supply Risk Management Team: Oversight for 15+ financially distressed GM suppliers. Coordinated financial, legal and operational initiatives with internal and external experts to provide relief to distressed suppliers and/or find and develop alternative suppliers in order to maintain GM’s continuous production. • Led cross-functional team to reduce accounts receivable balance by 30% and generate $10M+ in incremental free cash flow by working with 50+ domestic and international clients

• Initiated project which resulted in $5M increase in operating margin in 2004 by more accurately tracking and reporting which parts were applicable for over 30 different customer rebate programs

(2001 – 2003) Financial Management Program – GE Aircraft Engines (GEAE)

Four (4) 6-month roles in Accounting, Finance, FP&A and Mergers & Acquisitions + coursework

• Developed and oversaw all financial modeling regarding a GEAE $200M international acquisition. Responsible for determining target valuation and leading financial due diligence efforts. Contributed to preliminary integration planning involving senior management from both GEAE and target company.

• Two (2) FP+A rotations: GEAE Engine Services ($6B in revenues) and GE90 Program (1,600+ engines produced to date). Both roles were in the immediate aftermath of 9/11 and the worse downturn in the history of commercial aviation. Saw first-hand how senior management worked with customers to provide creative relief to solidify market position while also pushing to meet internal GM metrics

• Six Sigma Certified (Developed financial reporting and tracking tool that was rolled out across the GEAE – Engine Services division globally); Awarded 2002 FMP Community Service Award
