Manage 300,000 square foot department to include responsibility for Retail and Wholesale business.

• Implemented cross training program that provided training to over 50 associates in multiple functions of the warehouse, which lead to a cost savings of over 1.5 million dollars in overtime and temporary labor costs.

• Increased department productivity from 96% to 118% in 2008, to include an increase in accuracy during this time period from 92% to 96%.

• Set production and accuracy records during the first quarter of 2009 to include zero safety violations during this time period.

• Successfully implemented new tracking programs to ensure timely delivery to internal and external customers and eliminate rework in the distribution center. This lead to cost savings of $500,000 in the 2008 fiscal year.
