TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Sr. Mechanical Designer (Consultant)

In charge Re-designed new frame structure for P9000 cluster system.

- Completed layout used generic aluminum tubes to designed 5 FT square by 6 FT

tall frame structure with sheet metal panels and doors enclosure.

- Worked spontaneously with project engineer, production engineer and machine

shop to meet schedule for prototype fabrication.

- Supervised and instructed final assembly specialist to perform the completion of

the frame chassis plus hardware to prepared for SEMICON West exhibition.

Staff Designer (Consultant)

Supported Ground System Vehicles included Mrap 4x4, Mrap Socom, Haga, latest AUV and JLTV varians.

- Designed and detailed the hardware support structures for the MRAP grounds

vehicles using Pro/E WildFire 3.0. All tasks were completed on schedule to

support manufacturing

- Achieved design new sheet metal antenna mounting brackets to reduced

production cost and stock inventory by $120K for total 300 vehicles.

Mechanical Engineer (Consultant)

Accomplished Designed and documented Fluidics cart for manufacturing.

- Analyzed and fixed Fluidic Carrier compressor vibration and noise problem.

- Team worked with Manufacturing Engineer to accomplished directed supply

vendor in prepared related product final assembly.

- Developed new test fixture to support Optical and Electrical Engineers to

trouble shoot new PCB and Photodiode EMI concerns.
