Professional Responsibilities

• Working closely with the management in achieving operational excellence on the site.

• Inspection & regular follow – up of physical & assay value of feed, product and disposal (tails) of the plants.

• Regular inspection of equipment wise performance, which involves feed and desired size distribution in feed and equipment Product, recovery & tails assay grades.

• Waste water management – solids and liquid separation by thickening process, by Utilizing high power flocculants to clear the solids and liquid, Using as process water.

• Operation & maintenance of ball mill (great discharge type) operating with different feed grades, liberation studies by physical sizing of feed & product, and adjustment of pulp densities frequently, grinding retention time depends on desired size distribution in feed, energy consumption depends on feed distribution, 50% of the concentrate recovering by magnetically(LIMS&HGMS) & 20% by sizing units… In which cyclones were playing main role in the processing system.

• Responsible for allotting the resource and the necessary follows up for the plant spares.

• Carrying out the operation and maintenance of the plants.

• Ensure a minimum stock of raw material is always at hand for easy use.

• Allocating the man power for maintenance, stock yard pertaining to different grades of iron ore concentrate and calibrated ore.
