As Leadership Facilitator for the Division of School Improvement, Georgia Department of Education, Regional School Support Team; mentored principals and teachers (elementary, middle, high school levels) on the implementation of the “Georgia Performance Standards” initiative.
Administered onsite, school improvement services to a variety of public school systems and districts, and counseled leadership on budget management strategies to facilitate improving student achievement. Onsite school improvement services consisted of gathering data from a variety of sources, including but not limited to classroom observations, formal and informal testing conducted by teachers, and standardized testing results to perform data analysis to focus on improving student achievement.
