Receive all incoming phone calls, promptly forward them to appropriate personnel, taking messages if necessary ensuring timely delivery and receipt. Responsible for all visitors signing in to appropriate log book ensuring proper badging for security purposes. Organize, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. Manage outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS delivery packaging and tracking.
