Job Description:

• Responsible for all activities done by workers in plant during production.

• Checking the Raw material such as Methyl Ethyl Glycol (MEG), Ammonia, Visicryl 830 (Movi -plus), CMC (Carboxy Methyl Cellulose), Calcite, DR-72 (Thickener), Emulsion, Soft water, Titanium, Zeolex 838, Talc, Alphox, etc,. are in correct compositions and checking their stability before using.

• In case of any adulteration or any remarks identified refusing the usage of the detected raw material.

• Harmful chemicals like Ammonia, Rocima, Dipentine are taken for the chemical testing like column chromatography, Distillation, etc,.

• Verifying whether the raw materials are added in exact ratio, accurate amount of raw material taken.

• Identification of similar appearances raw materials by some physical test in case of confusions for operators.

• Verifying the correct amount of number of bags of raw materials are charged by the operators.

• Supervising whether the entire charging process was correct or any mistakes are happening during charging.

• Verifying whether the mixture of raw materials allowed mixing in exact duration. Checking whether the machines were started and stopped in accurate timing.

• Gathering the timing details of all workers in each and every functional area.

• Observing is there any abnormal sounds are arising in machineries during production.

• Supervising the equipments like Ball mills, Pug Mixer, Paddle Mixer, Dryer, Agitator, Vessels, Columns, Tanks, Filters, etc,. are whether working in good condition.

• Inspecting the operators whether they have “ON” the emergency switches while charging in machineries.

• Inspecting whether the manuals and safety guards of machineries are perfectly closed before ON.

• Reporting to the manager and M.D about the current status of the production.

• Repeatedly checking the formations used by operators.

• Finally, checking the final products whether it was having exact limitations like poise, Consistency, Matching of colours, Applications, etc,. and by confirming that all activities were completed.

Job Description;

• Responsible for all activities done by workers in plant and lab during production.

• Checking the temperature of the Deodorizer repeatedly and bullied operators to check it repeatedly.

• Checking the compositions and FFA, Iodine value, Colour and Residue test for the raw oils.

• Verifying the Reports of the chemists.

• Checking the oil content in wax and verifying whether the wax pressing columns are extracting the waxes well.

• Supervising whether the equipments like heat exchangers, Dryers, Deodorizer, Wax pressing, Columns, Neutralizers, Agitators, etc,. are whether working in good conditions.

• Verifying the raw materials is added in exact ratio.

• Checking whether the vacuum produced from the boiler is stable. In case of any deviations identified bullied the operator to correct it.

• Responsible for final outlet products.

• Monitor operators performance and operating activities to ensure all works are being carried out in accordance with the approved operating procedure.

• Have good experience in Distillation Column.
