• Enhanced patient education by providing tools (tablets, laptops) that offer education to patients about their disease and improve their knowledge about preventive medicine which successfully decreased hospital readmission rate.
• Improved continuity of care transmission by using IPIPE system that support sending patients’ admission and discharge notes in the hospital inpatient unit to primary care physicians.
• Achieved diversity by translating, and designing medical guideline templates in both English and Arabic language to increase usability of informatics educational tools.
