My overall objective is business management. I am looking to advance my career as I complete my current degree which is my Bachelor’s in business management. I just completed my Associate’s Degree, and will obtain my Bachelor’s in small business management and entrepreneurship in October 2014.

Currently, I am an internet/ indirect loan underwriter. I take applications as they come in via internet. I make decisions on each loan according to multiple institutions guidelines and make sure this is done in a timely and accurate manner. If the applicant wishes to be reached via phone, I will interview them, and respond by email if this is the contact method chosen.
o -Process loan applications and get an accurate picture of the member’s motive as well as purpose for the loan
o -look for a way to make an approvable loan yet remain low risk to the institution
o -Loan build and determine the applicant’s ability and intent to pay the institution
o -Quote and adjust rates and payments in a timely and accurate manner
o -Have a high rate of approved loans and accepted cross sells for additional products and services
o Take customer service calls to assist with volume if needed. (this is the position I was hired on as) This position consisted of:

o Assisting the office manager and accountant in operating the small business. This included filing, the books for daily sales reports, answering the phones and processing orders
o I was the only person who was the head and operator of collections
o Was in charge of advertising job openings, applicant screening, and phone interviewing potential independent sales reps
o Assisted with keeping track of sales, debits, and credits for managerial accounts
o Created Hiring adds, reviewing resume’s, and interviewing candidates

My expected compensation is very negotiable, however based on my experience, education, and research on my prospective position; I would like to see $40k- 50k minimum base salary.
