This study will also be utilized in Front End Engineering Design (FEED)

Preparation of bill of quantities, tender documents, specifications and preliminary drawings for leveling/grading, construction of boundary wall and approach roads for khalifa Coastal Refinery, purchase of satellite imagery of plot, hydrology study, marine survey of salt lake, electrical resistivity survey to explore availability of sweet water, 3-D model of plot including all topographical features & reconnaissance survey with recommendation of most appropriate access route for KCR.

Preparation of preliminary layout of proposed refinery covering all aspects including Process Units, Utilities, Off-Sites, all relevant buildings including area dedicated for coke being a deep conversion refinery.

Over all civil maintenance of existing plant with an operating capacity of 8000 MT using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and preparing annual civil maintenance blanket contract. Role To prepare cost estimates including tender drawings & technical evaluation for supply and installation of 46 m & 56 m wide spans, imported Pre-Engineered Buildings from M/s Mammut, M/s Buttler Saudi Building Systems, M/s Zamil Steel, mezzanine floor with metal decking, conveyors system for transportation of cans, imported racking system for storage of pallets, imported high reach trucks, heavy industrial flooring with machine foundations, basement, auxiliary block, power generation building, office block, workers change room, boiler & pump rooms, storm water drainage system, landscaping with inside & outside approach roads. Received appreciation letter from the MD & CEO for the same in 2005. Also, assisted the Treasury Department in a professional manner for finalization of claims of burnt area of Lubricants Manufacturing terminal from Insurance Companies.

The main features include Construction of Tank Lorry filling & decantation gantries with camouflage and concealment arrangement, rigid pavements with hardonate topping, inside pavement in cc pavers, lube ware houses, drum stacking platforms with ramps for palletized handling of lubricants, renovation of existing office block, generator/ switch room, development of additional storage based on thruput calculations.
