• Developed and implemented strategic recommendations for the re-organization of the US marketing team. These measures included implementing processes and timelines to better equip the team in responding to requests and managing workload.

• Advanced a recommendation for the re-organization of the UKTI US network, based on the analysis of resource allocation, productivity levels, UKTI investment data, CRM data, and US economic and growth patterns. This led to the re-organization of UKTI US resources.
