• Developing tailored strategies to target vertical industry segments within the United States. With marketing communications serving a crucial role, all US UKTI teams continue to surpass aggressive trade and business development targets during the economic downturn.
• Launched a digital initiative to elevate UKTI’s online presence, which includes e-marketing, content development, message integration, response tracking, CRM and social media outreach.
• Includes the development of online video content, which serves a vital function in promoting the UKTI story. Conducted interviews with clients and Government figures, e.g. the British Ambassador and Members of Parliament.
