In this project I was developing the module to help FPL planners to create and manage the new projects and maintain the future details for planning. I was also developing the module called forecasting, this tool provides the planner the forecast values depending upon various inputs like history data and future project data.

This tool is a very critical and complex tool involving lot of algorithms and complex business logic.

The project involves implementation of a common customer service business process across four utilities.
