CLINICAL TRIAL DATA ANALYSIS ON TYPEII DIABATIES:

CLIENT : HETERO DRUGS.

ROLE : SAS Programmer.

DURATION : Mar 2011- till date.

TITLE:

Multicenter, randomization, double blind, tolerate drug response to determine safety and efficacy of Metformin and Benfotiamine to control Type2 diabetes across 220 sample size in 1:1 ratio Compared to placebo at 85% confidence intervals.

DESCRIPTION:

Developed model SAS data files for Clinical Trial Team using SAS in PC environment. This project involved statistical modeling of Metformin and Benfotiamine to control Type2 diabetes disease effectiveness data and analysis for the identification of high effectiveness concentrations. The objective of this project was to identify statistically significant range of drug compositions to enable the Clinical Research team in handling huge amount of data.

The data from the case report forms (CRF’s) those are provided by the client are entered into Access. Importing of data, creation of datasets, cleaning, validation are done using SAS/BASE Data step Procedures. The Statistical Procedures were applied as per the protocols provided by the Bio-Statistician. Graphical representation and report (in PDF and HTML format) generation had been done. Worked with a team comprising of Bio-statistician and clinical research associates those are responsible for data analysis and report generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Access derived datasets from the server which are converted according to SDTMIG specifications and created SAS data sets that are required for the project analysis.

Run data Cleaning, validating, sorting and merging techniques is done using SAS/Base include Macros and SQL operations as per analysis.

Create analysis datasets from combination of derived datasets as per SAP and SOP Standards.

Generate reports Involved in Delivering output using ODS in listings and tables from safety data (DM, LAB, and AE, VT) according to Guidance of SAP document.

Compile reports as per template which is given by clients.

Generate report as per adhoc queries.

Prepare documents for submission according to client.

With a strong sales force of over 20,000 Financial Planning Advisers (FPAs), we have initiated and pioneered many innovative sales approaches, including the concept of Banc assurance and Financial Health Check services

Project Details:

Market Research has been conducted to find the number of people with Health insurance coverage and without Health insurance coverage, based on real median household income, female and male earning ratio, poverty rate, race, place, age, gender etc. And design new competitive insurance products. Our job is to extract data from source, transform and prepare data sets for analysis. Generate reports as per the requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Extract data from oracle database using SAS/Access.

• Cleaning data sets using data step and SAS Base procedures.

• Prepare data sets as per the requirement.

• Generate Reports, using Proc Report and Proc Tabulate.

• Generate graphs & tables and export them using ODS.
