Construction Supervisor, 2008 to Present
Direct the complete renovation of a US Military Airport Terminal located off the coast of the North Pacific Ocean between Hawaii and Guam. Oversee all phases of the project, from pre-design through bidding, construction and close-out. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment in accordance to project plans. Monitor and control costs, quality, timelines and health/safety requirements. Supervise and evaluate the performance of approximately 20 to 25 personnel.
Delivered a high quality project on time, within budget and according to government specifications.
Completed the structural demolition of the exterior terminal canopy and replaced new concrete structural canopy.
Demolished existing military power plant and installed a new power station that supplied power for the entire island.
Played a key role in the successful completion of additional smaller projects throughout the Island, including the renovation of numerous sewer pump stations, re-roofing of base housing units, and the ground-up construction of a new clam shell complex for the Missile Defense Agency.

Brought in to manage implementation of a $3 million construction program for the development of local city projects to provide employment opportunities for disadvantaged youths. Oversaw all aspects of program development, project bidding, cost estimation, materials purchasing, construction processes, budget, schedule and quality. Developed program curriculum and provided hands-on training and support to employers.
Successfully established the Operation Redirection program to help disadvantaged youths gain employment and education.
Brought program in on time and $500,000 under budgeted costs.

Superintendent, 1998 to 1999
Directed renovation of a $1.1 million Naval barracks facility located in Monterrey, California through a team of 20 multi-disciplined trades.
Worked closely with a government project representative throughout all stages of renovation and suggested the installation of a fire sprinkler system for safety which was effectively implemented.
