Fort Calhoun Station – Resolved regulatory identified legacy issues related to Post Maintenance Testing
(PMT) program. Identified best practices by using established industry benchmarking methods which
included application of INPO and EPRI documents. Conducted interviews with stakeholders and
reviewed engineering procedures, control practices, data bases and condition reports to further identify
shortfalls and gaps in stations’ program. Prepared process flow charts and detailed procedures for

implementation.
• Lead effort to prepare a five year plan to guide Senior Management team in preparation for operating
as a stand-alone single unit plant. The plan addressed staffing, performance and cost. It included
staff retention, aging work force, organizational structures, plant performance, and a focus on
leadership.
• Joint Venture (Lead for Organization and Operations business case) – Participating member of a
multi-discipline team for the purpose of forming a Joint Operating Company. The team was made up
