wholesale price, to successfully eliminate backlog of revenue metering

Open-Way Smart Meters. Remained within scope of the Smart Meter
deployment project, safely finished ahead of deadlines.
. Developed and published a specialized instruction manual supplement,

measure phase angles, eliminating the need to purchase phase angle
