• Operation Management as well as Project Business Development for all activities from the projects including designing, planning, Core, Vas, Radio, Transmission, VAS, GPRS, VoIP, as well as Operation and Maintenance.
• Manage campaign for introduction for new Products
• Proven expertise with all phases of the project life cycle, including specifications development, cost/risk analysis, contractor management, procurement, scheduling, testing, resource management, market research, profitability planning and implementation and client satisfaction.
• High level Board and director member and management communication reporting.
• Yearly Business plan preparation and internal targets to be accomplished.
• Internal KPI projection definition.
• Knowledge of quality management strategies including ISO9000 guidelines.
• Customer Service Management to CEO, COO and CTO Level.
• Customer Service Management to Government Official in the market defined.
