Project Manager for the development and integration of Tactical Communications Systems and a Mobile Command Post (MCP) for the New Jersey National Guard (NJNG)
• Per stated operational requirements, formulated a plan via objective analysis to select and deploy the appropriate communications equipment necessary to enable a NJNG unit to accurately and efficiently communicate with local law enforcement and rescue personnel during crisis situations.

Project Lead for integrating the Electrical Optical Infrared Surveillance System (EO/IRSS) for the US Coast Guard Station, Atlantic City, NJ
• Researched and coordinated all aspects of site implementation, systems integration, test and evaluation, and initial operator/maintainer training
• Created proper systems documentation and made sure documentation was in place in accordance with USCG training and maintenance sustainment plans.
Project lead for the upgrade and relocation of critical communications hardware and software for the NJNG and local law enforcement
• Tasking included the coordination of site surveys, which included Interoperability analysis, system safety requirements associated with antenna installation on an existing water tower, and ensuring the new critical communications capability remained operable during an emergency. This project ensured an extra layer of situational awareness around the Oyster Point Nuclear Plant.
• Worked with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBT) along with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to monitor contractor performance during a six month, $1.4M fiber optic installation on the United States / Mexico border. Identified installation issues, provided resolution and implemented identified solutions.
