Team work: I have worked in various types of teams from sales, research to Technical teams. Currently I am leading a team of almost thirty individuals both in retail and corporate sales. Everyone of them is listened equally and everyone’s opinion is shared in the meeting and our main focus is coordination among each other.
Communication skills: My assertive, negotiation and clear communication skills allow me to bridge the gaps between the boss and the employees. It also allows me to communicate with a person at his/her level ensuring eradication of any confusions and misunderstandings. By coming to the level of a person’s communicative capabilities I am able to create a harmony amongst my co-workers allowing them to work at my pace according to the project requirements. This also enhances my capabilities of coordination with other departments.
Intercultural skills: Under the name of Ovex technologies I have worked with people of different nationalities as it was a US based outsourced company. Management Skills: My project & time management plus knowledge of the practical work process allows me to forecast upcoming scenarios that might need decision making. This normally helps me and my seniors to make decisions on time. I am good in monitoring and keeping track of work processes. I have also organized many events during my education and work period at different organizations.
My capability to bring technical and management teams together as one coordinated working unit creates a learning environment for everyone involved. I on the other hand am a learner like a liquid absorbing container ready to be filled at any time by anybody.
Analytical Skills: My analytic and keen observation enhances my seniors and my co workers ability to plan, design, prepare, monitor, evaluate and implement assignments in a better way.
