Benchmark and evaluate benefits to determine competitive posture; develop recommendations and solutions to complex issues for review by senior management.
Facilitate inputs from various stakeholders on design and effectiveness of various benefits, including evaluation and recommendations for labor contract negotiations.

Provide benefits planning analytical and technical support for the Corporate Employee Benefits department. Responsible for planning, development, implementation, administration and maintenance of all benefit programs and policies for U.S. and Puerto Rico operations.
Principal responsibilities included:
Maintain financial evaluation and reporting of all employee insurance, disability, defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including development of plan budgets, monitor plan utilization and expenses.
Manage all daily activities of the corporate benefit programs including problem resolution and coordinating annual enrollment.
