Important and key role in the hotel because the receptionist is the first person you meet when you get in the hotel. The receptionist has to make a good impression having a good appearance
Responsible for the front office operations:
• To greet the visitors and check guests that is to say dealing with reservations as well as cancellations. Was also responsible for allocating rooms and dealing with keys.

• To assist a corporate counselor in his daily tasks: I was in charge of managing some of the accounts (debit and in anomaly accounts) and portfolios, of doing financial arrangements (assembling and analyzing information in order to create financial reports) and making financial plans
